Following the previous weeks event in Denver, CO, Royal Machines moved the show to San Antonio, TX the following week and on Monday 15th September, the band played at the Pearl Stables for “The Great Western Party”. They were joined onstage by guests Dave Kushner (Velvet Revolver), Franky Perez (Apocalyptica), Glen Hughes (Deep Purple/California Breed) and Texas native Billy Gibbons (ZZ Top). Highlights of the evening included an amazing version of “Roadhouse Blues” by Franky Perez, the Deep Purple classic “Smoke On The Water”, sung by ‘The Voice Of Rock’ Glen Hughes, and a smoking ZZ Top classic, “Sharp Dressed Man” from the bands Billy Gibbons. A late night trip to The Alamo by the band cannot be confirmed or denied at this time!
